Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the product roadmap by managing business requests and formulating comprehensive functional requirements for our payments solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect requirements, provide roadmap updates, and facilitate informational webinars while ensuring clarity in product development processes.
  • Partner with a global array of Product Managers, technical writers, UI designers, engineering, and QA teams to craft functional specifications and deliver products punctually.
  • Serve as the key subject matter expert for your products, balancing multiple priorities and guaranteeing the prompt execution of product sprints while addressing any production challenges.
  • Supervise the entire product lifecycle, encompassing user experience, go-to-market strategies, and coordination of product launches across diverse domains.
  • Adhere to established processes while actively seeking to enhance them within the software development lifecycle and operational frameworks.

Required Skills

  • Familiarity with SaaS products, Java stacks, and REST APIs is preferred.
  • Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence is a plus.
  • Experience in agile scrum frameworks, closely collaborating with engineering and QA teams for product releases.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Balsamiq, Lucidchart, Figma, or InVision is advantageous.
  • Ability to analyze extensive datasets and a fundamental understanding of pricing, compliance, and reconciliation concepts is beneficial.
  • Excellent collaboration abilities and capability to work efficiently in a distributed setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong multitasking capabilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including confident public speaking abilities.
  • A proactive problem-solving mentality and a strong desire to contribute to team achievements.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience within the merchant acquiring or credit card processing sector.
  • Preferred Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, or Business.
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in Payments/Banking is desirable.
