They are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Learning and Development (L&D) to lead their global L&D efforts. This role is remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while driving the company’s talent development strategy.

Position Overview:

The Head of Learning and Development (L&D) will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive learning strategies to build a high-performing workforce. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of learning methodologies and experience in leading global L&D teams. The Head of L&D will work closely with the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and other senior executives to align learning initiatives with the company’s business objectives and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a global learning and development strategy to support business goals and employee growth.

Lead and manage the L&D team, providing leadership, mentorship, and performance management.

Create innovative learning programs that cater to diverse learning needs, including leadership development, technical training, and soft skills.

Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to identify learning needs and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Oversee the design and delivery of eLearning, classroom-based training, workshops, and other L&D initiatives.

Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through metrics, feedback, and continuous improvement efforts.

Drive the adoption of learning technologies and tools to improve accessibility and scalability of training programs.

Foster a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organization.

Manage vendor relationships and external training resources to deliver high-quality learning experiences.

Represent the company’s learning philosophy at industry events, conferences, and with key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in L&D, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Proven track record of successf
