Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Assist clients with travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and special requests
  • Maintain accurate records of client preferences, travel plans, and itineraries
  • Coordinate scheduling for travel consultations and manage the calendar for the agency
  • Process payments, issue invoices, and track client accounts
  • Support the agency with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining internal databases
  • Research travel destinations, accommodations, and activities to support clients’ needs
  • Work closely with the travel agents and management to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, administrative roles, or the travel industry preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with travel booking software is a plus
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
  • A passion for travel and helping others plan their perfect getaway
