Role Overview:

We are seeking three experienced Data Scientists to join our team and contribute to a series of impactful machine learning projects focused on forecasting, planning, and localization for retail operations. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you will fine-tune existing deep learning models, build clustering solutions, and integrate tests into production pipelines. You'll play a key role in improving operational efficiency and driving data-informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement machine learning algorithms for retail forecasting, planning, and localization tasks.

Fine-tune existing deep learning and neural network models, refactoring code and enhancing it to integrate smoothly into machine learning pipelines.

Build and optimize clustering solutions for localization to improve operational performance.

Develop and implement unit tests and validation protocols for model outputs, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of results.

Integrate testing frameworks into production pipelines for continuous monitoring and evaluation.

Develop and enhance features that improve overall model performance and address business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Master's degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or optimization modeling within a retail or related field.

Proficiency in data cleaning, preparation, and feature selection techniques.

Strong experience with Python and Spark for building machine learning pipelines.

Hands-on experience in coding with Python, Java, or Scala, with an emphasis on writing efficient, reusable code for automation in data processes.

Expertise in using open-source frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch for machine learning model development.

Familiarity with forecasting methodologies and the ability to apply these techniques to solve real-world problems.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

This role offers a great opportunity to leverage your machine learning expertise to optimize and enhance retail operations. If you are passionate about data science and its application in the retail space, we encourage you to apply.
