In this role, you will join the design team as a Senior Product Designer on a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension or conversion. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product Management, and Operations, to help enhance clinician onboarding, scheduling, and session management tools. This role demands a strong grasp of user experience and product strategy, enabling you to design top-tier experiences for clinicians and healthcare professionals. Your expertise in UX and problem-solving will guide you as you design, prototype, and implement solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 years in product design, preferably within mental health, telehealth, or workforce management platforms.
  • Proven experience designing end-to-end solutions, from initial discovery to launch.
  • Expertise in crafting user journeys across multiple platforms and devices.
  • Ability to balance complex UX challenges with strategic product goals.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting concepts and driving design decisions using data insights.
  • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods to inform design and product development.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Clinical teams to define product vision and strategy.
  • Lead the design process, including ideation, prototyping, and testing, through to implementation.
  • Conduct user research to identify problems and uncover product opportunities.
  • Facilitate co-creation workshops with various stakeholders.
  • Design solutions that are not only functional but also align with brand guidelines.
  • Mentor and provide feedback to other team members, contributing to team culture and design systems.

This contract position offers a competitive hourly rate of $65-$75, with a flexible work environment that values innovation and collaboration. While the initial contract is set for six months, there may be opportunities for extension or permanent conversion depending on project needs and performance.
