Your role in our mission

  • Sales Strategy and Market Positioning: Lead the development of market strategies and approaches that align with the needs of our clients. Work closely with business development teams to craft persuasive solution narratives that resonate with both external clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Client Engagement: Partner with clients and internal teams to gather insights and requirements, converting them into user stories that outline the desired solution. You will be responsible for ensuring these stories clearly communicate the value propositions and benefits of our offerings.
  • Proposal Development: Lead the creation of product overviews, demonstration collateral, and marketing materials that support the business development team in winning new business opportunities.
  • Costing and Pricing: You will be accountable for determining the financial aspects of the proposed solutions. This includes developing accurate costing and pricing models for the user stories and solution sets that clients and stakeholders agree to.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal stakeholders and external clients to align expectations, secure buy-in, and ensure clarity in proposed solutions. Act as the liaison between the sales team and the Intelligent Contact Center (ICC) team, ensuring seamless transition of the solution to execution.
  • Collaboration with Delivery Teams: Once a bid is awarded, you will work with ICC delivery teams and other technical experts to ensure that the solution developed during the pre-sales phase is fully understood and can be delivered according to client requirements.


What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in sales solutions, with a proven track record in enterprise solutions, particularly in healthcare.
  • Strong experience responding to RFPs and RFIs, and conducting due diligence on client requirements during the pre-sales phase.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate complex solutions clearly to clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to develop compelling user stories and solution narratives that meet client needs.
  • Strong financial acumen to create competitive pricing models and manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The pay range for this position is $127,100.00 - $181,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
