Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze contracts to identify key terms, conditions, and obligations.
- Extract relevant data from contracts, such as effective and expiry dates, pricing, and work or pay rules/condition (i.e. when conditions apply, when rules are in effect)
- Conduct data validation and verification to ensure accuracy and completeness by collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve any discrepancies or missing information.
- Digitization of paper contracts: manually enter extracted contract details into database.
- Assist in the development and improvement of data entry processes and procedures.
- Previous experience in financial documents, legal contracts and have a high level
- Knowledge of translating complex language into 'layman’s-terms' results
