Job Title: SAS Data and Reporting Analyst
Location: Henderson, NV (Hybrid - on-site 3 days a month), Plano, TX (secondary option)

About the Role:
We are seeking a SAS Data and Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a critical role in managing and analyzing retail mortgage and bank deposit data. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of reports, supporting ongoing processes, and assisting in the transition of data from SAS to a modern data platform. If you have 3-5 years of SAS programming experience, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to hit the ground running with minimal training, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Run existing SAS processes to create and distribute reports for leadership and team members.
Work with retail mortgage and bank deposit data, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting.
Assist in transitioning data from SAS to Snowflake and Tableau, working closely with the IT team.
Collect data and prepare reports using pre-existing Tableau dashboards-no new development required.
Quickly adapt to documented processes and execute tasks with minimal training and supervision.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data needs and reporting.
What You'll Bring:
3-5 years of experience in SAS programming for data management and reporting.
Strong skills in SAS data validation, reconciliation, and script execution on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Proven ability to translate SAS code into business requirements for reporting development and data migration.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Python programming experience for additional data handling flexibility.
Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools for creating and managing reports.
Prior experience with Snowflake or similar enterprise data platforms.
