Teksystems is currently seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team! You will be part of our clients team supporting different technologies through their distribution centers.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and self-directed individual who possesses a strong working knowledge of computer hardware & software, including Desktops, Laptops, Printers, networks, etc. Technologies certification is a plus. Additional requirements include:
Desired Technical Skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop systems.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft365 including Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, and Office Applications.
- Working knowledge of Azure EntraID (AzureAD) as well as legacy Active Directory and Windows server technologies.
- Ability to absorb and retain information quickly.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Prior Help desk and desktop support experience is a plus.
- Experience in distribution center operations or support is a plus.
- Experience with Honeywell scanners, Zebra and HP printer support is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of networking is a plus
Other Qualifications
- Candidate must be able to work on site 5 days a week Monday thru Friday.
- Candidate must also be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
- This is a contract to hire position.
