Part-time position, 3 days a week (24 hours).
We are seeking a dynamic Microsoft Teams Voice Technician for the implementation and support of Microsoft Teams Phone System and Microsoft Teams Direct Routing from our Fort Washington, PA headquarters.
Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role to support the deployment of M365 Teams Voice. This will be a 2nd Level position working at Ovatio in Fort Washington, PA. The role involves providing end user and organizational technical support for Microsoft 365 and Teams Voice, assisting with troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues related to voice services.

  • Experience in VoIP technologies and voice services specifically TEAMs Voice
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft 365 and Teams Voice support are beneficial
Technologies
  • Implementation and support of Teams Call Queue and Auto Attendants
  • Preferably experience with integrating 3rd party contact center solutions with Microsoft Teams
  • Designing and deploying carrier SIP solutions
  • Support for enterprise customer network, including troubleshooting voice, video and data (IP) traffic
  • Handling scripting and test automation relevant to Microsoft Teams Phone System
  • Experience with private, public and hybrid clouds
  • Solid knowledge of VoIP protocols such as SIP, H323, MGCP, RTP, Codecs knowledge and troubleshooting experience.
  • Strong understanding of SIP networks and analogue devices
  • Implementation and support of Audio Codes including SIP trunking and PRI services
Concepts
  • Understanding of voice communications, Teams calls in MS Teams, Enterprise/Cloud based Voice, Skype Enterprise Voice, and general telephony
  • Microsoft Teams and Groups administration
  • Familiarity with the underlying service architecture of Microsoft Teams including Exchange Online, Azure Active Directory and relevant licensing
  • Familiarity with concepts for distribution lists, security groups, and 365 Groups
  • Experience designing and leading migration projects to Teams (from Skype, SharePoint/OneDrive, Slack, including Enterprise Voice, etc.)
