Responsibilities

  • Lead process improvement efforts across Deca | Ideal Dental to achieve a significant impact to financial, operational, customer, and employee satisfaction metrics
  • Attract, retain, and lead a high-performing operating team. Lead operational improvement initiatives, monitor performance, hold the team accountable, and proactively make team improvements/changes.
  • Gather and analyze data to prioritize process improvements. Develop business cases for improvement projects.
  • Refine and standardize operating practices, including staffing models, patient satisfaction scores, and operational metrics and reporting.
  • Increases patient growth and retention by supporting marketing and promotional programs
  • Builds office morale by promoting a supportive team environment
  • Ensures successful execution of operational standards, including compliance with established company policies and procedures
  • Communicates regularly with team members and support teams
  • Builds effective relationships with doctors, staff, and upper management
  • Serve as a critical leader in the organization. The VP will have responsibility for collaborating with the other members of the senior management team, including Marketing, Clinical, IT, Insurance, and HR, in driving growth and organizing the operations


Qualifications

  • BS in Business Management or related experience required, MBA preferable
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and dental practice management is required
  • 5+ years of managerial experience managing 15+ staff members
  • Multi-site experience
  • Fast learner, very analytical / data-driven thinker. Ability to synthesize data, prioritize actions, and understand/articulate operational and strategic implications. Must have advanced MS Excel skills.
