We're seeking a talented Electrical Engineer to join our innovative team, focusing on embedded systems and smart display technologies. This dynamic position offers diverse responsibilities across hardware design, system architecture, and product lifecycle management.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design and develop AC/DC wiring diagrams for advanced signage systems, including complete bill of materials (BOM) management
  • Collaborate with senior engineering team on PCBA design for:
    • Single board computers
    • Environmental control systems
    • LED signage and message control systems
  • Lead product lifecycle management initiatives, including component obsolescence management and redesign projects

Technical Skills Required

Hardware Design

  • Strong experience with Altium for PCB design and layout
  • Proven ability in multi-layer PCB design and schematic capture
  • Proficiency with embedded systems and microcontroller architectures (ARM, PIC)
  • Experience with memory systems (SRAM, DDR)

Communication Protocols

  • Expertise in implementing various protocols:
    • RS232/RS485
    • Ethernet
    • SPI
    • I C

Testing & Validation

  • Skilled in using lab equipment (logic analyzers, oscilloscopes)
  • Experience in design for testability
  • Ability to create and execute validation procedures

Additional Valuable Skills

  • Embedded firmware development experience
  • LabVIEW programming knowledge
  • Experience with real-time embedded system design
