MMC is hiring for Remote CSR to process State of CA Lifeline accounts.

Start Date: 11/12/2024
Pay Rate:

  • Monolingual: $16.00/hr.
  • Bilingual: $16.50/hr.

Work Hours of Operation:

  • Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM PST

Job Summary:
The Client Service Representative (CSR 1) is responsible for providing customer support, responding to inquiries about programs and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction within a contact center.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle customer inquiries through phone, IVR, or web portal.
  2. Document and record customer interactions and issues.
  3. Follow standard procedures to ensure accurate responses.
  4. Resolve customer issues and ensure necessary changes are made.
  5. Escalate unresolved cases to designated departments.
  6. Communicate potential concerns with your supervisor.
  7. Perform accurate data entry.
  8. Complete other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Must have GED or High School Diploma
  • 6 months of recent Call Center experience

  • Desktop or laptop have a minimum of 256GB hard drive.
  • Windows 10 or 11
  • Minimum of 1 USB Gen 2 or newer port (wired headset)
  • 1 RJ-45 connection for a wired connection to internet router
  • Wired Headset and microphone with a USB Gen2 or newer connection
  • Video camera capability, necessary for training
  • NO Mac books, Apple Products, Chromebooks, iPads or Tablets allowed. They are not compatible with our system.

Internet Connection Requirements:

  • Wired internet connection from computer to router or modem
  • Download speed 100 MBPS minimum.
  • Upload speed 15 MBPS minimum.
