What you ll do as the Senior Financial Analyst:

  • Provide accurate, timely, and informative business insights to key stakeholders
  • Provide analysis and insights around key business performance drivers and metrics
  • Lead the monthly forecasting and annual operating plan processes for key stakeholder areas
  • Develop, govern, and optimize financial system-driven reporting and planning processes
  • Build relationships across teams globally to drive consistency in reporting, forecasting, and analytics
  • Support corporate annual operating plan and monthly forecasting processes
  • Proactively enhance and develop new reporting and processes based on changing business needs
  • Manage and assist with various ad-hoc corporate finance projects and analysis as needed

What you ll bring to the Senior Financial Analyst role:

  • Bachelor's Degree in finance, financial systems, or accounting
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analyst or financial systems roles
  • Strong working knowledge and understanding of key business and financial metrics and processes
  • Strong interest in and proficiency with financial systems and reporting tools
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Experience in business analytics, financial modeling, management reporting, and annual planning processes
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
