Job Description

1. Strategic Planning & Execution
Collaborate with the executive team to set operational goals and develop strategies that align with the company s vision and long-term objectives.
Implement policies and systems to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
2. Operational Oversight
Manage and oversee daily business operations, ensuring that departments are working efficiently and meeting performance metrics.
Oversee production, logistics, supply chain management, and other operational areas critical to the business.
3. Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and manage the operations team, ensuring that each department is effectively resourced.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, performance accountability, and team collaboration.
4. Budget Management
Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
Monitor expenses and optimize operational costs without sacrificing service quality or efficiency.
5. Process Improvement & Efficiency
Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and innovation to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Implement best practices and drive lean methodologies to improve workflow and reduce bottlenecks.
6. Risk Management & Compliance
Ensure that the organization complies with all applicable regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
Develop risk mitigation strategies to address operational challenges and minimize disruptions.
7. Collaboration & Communication
Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, marketing, sales, and HR, to ensure smooth cross-functional operations.
Report regularly to the CEO or executive board on operational performance and propose corrective actions when necessary.
8. Vendor & Supplier Management
Manage relationships with external suppliers, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Negotiate contracts and partnerships that align with operational goals.
9. Customer Experience & Quality Control
Ensure that operational processes support high-quality customer service and meet customer expectations.
Monitor product or service quality and implement measures to address any performance issues.
10. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
Regularly review operational performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
