Responsibilities

-Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.

-Conduct thorough needs assessments and recommend appropriate insurance products.

-Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and outreach.

-Present and explain policy options to clients, guiding them through the decision-making process.

-Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

-Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and regulations.


Requirements

-Valid insurance license (or willingness to obtain one).

-Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or a related field is preferred.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Self-motivated and able to work independently.

-Ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
