ELB is looking for an experienced
Digital Designer
to join our team .
The Digital Designer has many responsibilities to support the growth of sales at ELB through visual information and design. This role will focus on creating digital content and graphical artwork within our established brand guidelines to support various sources of media, including emails, flyers, collateral materials, web banners, websites, videos, signage and more. This role will be directly involved in the creative design process for projects from start to finish.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
Design new and update current marketing materials following ELB's guidelinesAssist with digital media content creationLead website design improvements and maintenancePrepare finished copy and art for both digital and print design projectsSupport email campaign design and executionDrive video and motion graphic content creation, production, and publicationOversee and execute photoshoots for new product releases or customer storiesContribute to external company branding ideas and efforts (ie. branded apparel, vehicle and facility signage, etc.)Provide strategic oversight to the ELB US brand and all its elements and improvementsProvide quality control over own workPerform other duties as assigned and requiredKey skills required for the job:
Qualifications
Creativity and innovative thinkingExcellent graphic design skills5+ years print and digital design experienceAdobe Creative Suite expert - InDesign, Photoshop, IllustratorHighly skilled in various web design pages and applications, including HTML and CSSStrong attention to detail and accuracyStrong multi-tasking, time management and organization skillsAbility to work independently and in a small group settingExcellent communication skillsExperience designing for both web and offlineDemonstrated portfolio of past workDesired Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts or related fieldVideo production and/or animation experienceBenefits:
