Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Salesforce Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Salesforce's capabilities and custom application development using the Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, integrating Salesforce with external systems, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Development: Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications, leveraging Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
  • Full-Stack Development: Build and manage both front-end (UI/UX) and back-end components (Apex, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs) of Salesforce applications.
  • Integration: Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and other tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.).
  • Customizations: Configure and customize Salesforce based on business needs using declarative tools (Process Builder, Flow, and Workflows) and programmatic solutions (Apex triggers, batch jobs, etc.).
  • Data Management: Implement data models, manage data migrations, and ensure data quality across Salesforce objects and external systems.
  • Security: Implement role-based access control, security settings, and manage permissions for users.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshooting: Debug, resolve performance issues, and provide technical support for Salesforce-related incidents.
  • Best Practices: Follow best practices for coding, security, and development methodologies in Salesforce development and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, and Salesforce Certified Full Stack Developer (if applicable).
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce development and customizations.
    • 2+ years of experience in full-stack development with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, LWC).
    • Experience with Salesforce DX, version control (Git), and CI/CD processes.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
    • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and web development frameworks.
    • Experience with databases (SOQL, SQL) and integrating third-party systems.
    • Understanding of MVC architecture and component-based frameworks.
    • Heroku, OmniStudio, DataRaptor and Einstein Analytics (Tableau CRM) a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
