Sr. ServiceNow Consultant with APM - URGENT URGENT

• At least 15+ years of Information Technology experience
• At least 8-10 years of experience in Solution design, Development/ Configuration/Solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment in ServiceNow APM, IT Operations Management and CMDB
• At least 8 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, technical design, signoffs within the ServiceNow APM process guide that was submitted as a deliverable to customer.
• Working knowledge in ServiceNow APM Module and be able to create mapping patterns and troubleshoot and resolve the issues related to APM module.

• Perform integration of any third-party system that is hosting business applications, application services and relationships data to sync with ServiceNow, load sample data, perform data validations and completeness checks, switch on full-fledged integration to load all business applications in ServiceNow, and validate dashboards

• Experience in scope application development
• Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to describe technical solutions in the terms of the business
• Experience in working with multi-vendor development environment
• Experience in Interacting cross functionally on matters that require coordination across organization and collaborates well with other groups, voluntarily shares information
• Experience of working with ServiceNow platform for global customers

Preferred Qualifications:

• Good understanding of IT Service Management and platform capabilities
• Good understanding of architecture / infrastructure concepts and ITIL implementation
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
• Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (APM)
• Planning and Coordination skills
• Good Communication and Analytical skills.
