PURPOSE:

We are seeking an enthusiastic People & Learning Coordinator to assist with administering industry-leading onboarding and training programs. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader Franchise and Owner Relations Group (FORG) team where you ll be instrumental in continuing to make a leading hospitality company. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a People & Learning Coordinator, you will be supporting the People & Learning initiatives and programs, contributing to the delivery of effective learning experiences by ensuring successful production and execution of training events. This role provides a unique opportunity to shape the experiences of different audiences through meaningful and impactful learning initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

Facilitation Set-Up & Support

Assisting with the organization and production of virtual and in-person learning sessions, including managing communication, monitoring participation, and providing logistical support.

Coordinating remote assistance for various learning and development programs, ensuring smooth execution by managing communications, system requests, event logistics, and content updates.

Learning & Development Administration

Auditing and reviewing learning sessions to ensure all prerequisites are met and attendance is properly tracked in Learning Management System (LMS)

Managing schedules, class adjustments, and maintaining accurate records for learning and development programs in the LMS

Analyzing feedback and summarizing course satisfaction surveys to help enhance the effectiveness of learning initiatives.

Communications & Coordination

Managing email communications related to learning programs, including participant notifications, pre-work assignments, and follow-up correspondence.

Working with teams to streamline communication processes and enhance the efficiency of program-related correspondence.

Assessment & Reporting

Supporting the creation, analysis, and reporting of knowledge assessments and program evaluations to ensure learning outcomes are met.

Managing data pulls and adjustments for assessments, ensuring accuracy and relevance for reporting purposes.

Experience and Qualifications

Required:

Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal

Knowledge and use of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Forms)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail

Comfortable working in a remote environment

Preferred :

Based in the Chicagoland area is a plus!

3-5 years of experience in hospitality, or related field

Experience in a management role

Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management, Applied Learning Development, or a related field

Background in event coordination or learning program management

Experience with Kahoot! online game-based learning platform
