Role: Fineos Business Analyst Locations: New York, NY (Hybrid Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Note: Candidate needs to be in the office 3 Days every week. Local or candidates from Adjacent states only.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with end users to gain a thorough understanding of the business processes and workflows that the FINEOS system will support.
Develop, document, and prioritize user stories for the FINEOS implementation backlog based on user requirements and business objectives.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit and clarify business requirements.
Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications for system configuration and development.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure that user stories are accurately implemented in the FINEOS platform.
Participate in testing and validation activities to ensure that the implemented features meet the defined requirements.
Provide ongoing support and training to end users to maximize system adoption and utilization.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, user stories, and project progress.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
Solid understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into user stories and system requirements.
Familiarity with the FINEOS platform.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
