Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and advertising efforts
Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth; adjust marketing strategies accordingly
Analyze marketing data and generate reports to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials
Requirements
Proven experience as a Director of Marketing or similar role in the hospitality industry
Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels and technologies
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
