PRISM seeks a Network Security Tools Engineer who will be crucial in securing our organization's IT infrastructure by managing and maintaining various security tools. You will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting these tools to ensure optimal performance and security.
Responsibilities:
Technical Support: Provide hands-on technical support for SASE, EDR, DLP, Web Proxy, Email Security, IDPS, Firewall, and SIEM technologies.
Deployment and Maintenance: Create and execute deployment, update, and upgrade plans for security tools.
Performance Monitoring: Perform routine health checks and maintenance tasks and optimize tool performance.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with security tools, escalating to vendors when necessary.
Documentation: Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation for security tool procedures and processes.
Automation: Improve efficiency through automation and scripting.
Security Analysis: Analyze security logs and alerts to identify potential threats.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in information security, focusing on network security tools.
Strong hands-on experience with SASE, EDR, DLP, Web Proxy, Email Security, IDPS, Firewall, and SIEM technologies.
Proficiency in Linux and Windows administration.
Scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
Knowledge of network protocols and security concepts.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Industry-recognized security certifications (e.g., Security+)
