Overview
TalentFish is casting a line for a Workday Technical Applications Manager his is a Remote Direct Hire role. This role is open because our client is growing and embarking on an ERP transformation. As the Workday Technical Applications Leader, you will manage the Workday technical suite of applications, integrations, report writing, report administration, Prism, Workday Analytics, Discovery Boards, Worksheets and Extend. You will report to the Director of Workday Applications and manage a team of technical Workday resources.
What You Bring to the Role. (Ideal Experience)

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience level
  • Experience managing, supporting and developing a team of technical Workday resources
  • Experience with "Big Bang Workday implementations for a large Healthcare providers
  • Executive presence working with Sr leaders and Stakeholders in the business and technology organizations
  • Experience implementing and managing Workday technical teams who design , configuring and maintaining integrations, developing reports and dashboards.
  • Experience with integration and orchestration of PRISM datasets, Worksheets, and Discovery Boards, and Extend for a Clinical Healthcare organization and or Hospital.

What You'll Do. (Skills Used in this Position)

  • Responsible for a team of integration analysts/developers, report writers and will serve as the subject matter expert for the technical Workday team.
  • Responsibilities include the design, configuration and maintenance of integrations, development of reports and dashboards, integration and orchestration of PRISM datasets, Worksheets, and Discovery Boards, and Extend.
  • Partner with Workday application leaders, govern and lead the Workday application in a team environment
