We are seeking a talented ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB Architect to join our client s team, playing a key role in designing and implementing innovative ServiceNow solutions.
Role Overview:
As a ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB modules. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, processes, and best practices to drive effective solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB solutions.
Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business requirements.
Conduct CMDB assessments, establish best practices, and improve data quality and governance.
Integrate ITOM/CMDB with other ServiceNow modules and external systems for seamless operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and ensure successful project delivery.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
Requirements:
Extensive experience with ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB, including architecture, implementation, and optimization.
Strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes.
Proven track record in integrating ServiceNow with other tools and systems.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Relevant ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
