  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong background in IT and the Healthcare/Pharma domain. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience and expertise in Health Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a liaison between business branches, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
  • Understand and analyze strategic business needs and growth plans.
  • Evaluate the design of technical systems and business models.
  • Leverage IT data to generate actionable business insights.
  • Analyze and document business requirements.
  • Source and implement new business technologies to meet organizational needs.
  • Identify and propose technological solutions to business challenges.
  • Produce comprehensive reports on application development and implementation.
  • Analyze data to support informed business decisions.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on Salesforce and the Pharma/Healthcare domain.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel to the Cayman Islands for the initial onboarding period.
