Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Business and Client IT stakeholders to understand the processes, technology landscape and functional requirements to define integrated digital, ECM and Document Management solution.
• Assess the current solution to provide recommendations supporting new application initiatives, release changes & migrations.
• Collaborate with program/project management/IT team to assist in task planning and assignment for solution implementation, acceptance, and rollout.
• Installation and Configuration of OpenText Content Suite ECM and Extended ECM architecture component.
• Design, Develop and integrating OpenText ECM solution with other BPM/CRM applications such as Pega, SalesForce etc, as well as migration of large legacy Document storage application to Content Suite Adherence to architectural guidelines/standards and delivery discipline processes.
• Analyse and debugging of complex functional, design and implementation issues related to the solution and preparation of RCA.

Skills Graduate/Postgraduate

• Minimum 5 to 10 years of professional experience in Architecture and designing Document Management solutions and 3+ years of OpenText Content Suite/Extended ECM (xECM.
• Deep Understanding of Content Suite/OpenText xECM, Business Workspace, Classification/Categories, OTDS, Web Services and Rest APIs, System Center, Object Importer, Document Pipeline and related functionalities, Integrations Excellent consulting skills Excellent customer-facing skills .
• Excellent verbal, written communication and presentations skills. OpenText Content Server Administrator (OTCSA) Certification preferred.
