We are seeking a Mid-Level Project Manager for one of our clients in Bergen County. This role requires 4 days on-site, with no option for remote work.
Requirements:
3-5 years of project management experience.
Proven ability to manage various types of projects and workstreams, with some technical or product development experience.
Experience working with PMO teams.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict management abilities.
Proficient in budget and time management.
Familiarity with project management methodologies: Waterfall, Hybrid, Agile, and SCRUM.
Expertise in risk management and executive-level status reporting.
Ability to develop and document playbooks, governance, and engagement models.
Experience managing top management stakeholders during project implementations.
Familiarity with tools such as Trello, Confluence, and JIRA.
Experience in digital marketing agencies or e-Commerce environments.
