Fusion Data Intelligence Specialist (ERP/SCM/HCM)
We are seeking a highly skilled Fusion Data Intelligence Specialist with expertise in Supply Chain, Financials, and Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. The successful candidate will play a critical role in engaging with the business to stabilize and optimize our Fusion platform, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operation across all relevant areas. The role also requires strong FDI analysis skills, root cause investigation, debugging abilities, and effective handoff of solutions to internal teams for long-term resolution and support.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Finance, and HR, to ensure smooth data flow and system integration across the Fusion platform.
  • Work with business stakeholders to identify pain points, streamline processes, and implement best practices for stabilization and optimization of the platform.
  • Perform Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) analysis to monitor system performance, identify root causes of issues, and debug problems efficiently.
  • Resolve issues within the Fusion platform and ensure proper handoff to internal teams, providing clear documentation and guidance for long-term management and support.
  • Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business units, translating business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance system functionality and user experience by leveraging data intelligence.
  • Provide data-driven insights and intelligence to support decision-making within Supply Chain, Financials, and HCM areas.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in Oracle Fusion applications with a focus on Supply Chain, Financials, and HCM modules.
  • Proven ability to engage with business teams to stabilize and optimize ERP systems.
  • Expertise in Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) analysis, with the ability to identify root causes, debug issues, and resolve them efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and hand off resolved issues to internal teams with proper documentation and follow-up.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with data integration, reporting, and analytics tools.
