We are looking for someone with a strong business partnering background and experience in fast-paced, start-up, and scale-up tech environments. You will play a key role in driving organizational health, continuously assessing organizational needs, devising solutions, and coaching managers. - Has 7+ years of HR experience, with 5+ years as an HR Business Partner.
- Has supported product and technology teams.
- Has experience in global environments and scaling teams.
- Thrives in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
- Proactively identifies problems, develops solutions, and takes ownership of processes.
- Can manage multiple tasks in unstructured, fast-paced environments.
- Has high emotional intelligence, strong interpersonal skills, and a data-driven, detail-oriented approach.
- Is a team player with an inclusive mindset, capable of building strong relationships at all levels.
