Location: Hybrid schedule with at least three days onsite in Springfield or Boston (Tuesday, Wednesday, plus either Monday or Thursday); Fridays remote.
Position Overview:
Join the Corporate Function Program Management Office to lead the learning plan for Clients s FAST program, transitioning from SAP R3 to S/4HANA. Oversee curriculum design, execution, and evaluation, working with project leaders and stakeholders to ensure effective rollout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver SAP S/4HANA training curriculum, ensuring stakeholders are prepared for new workflows.
- Utilize SAP Enable Now for digital adoption and learning implementation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and experts to address training needs.
- Design and manage training resources, incorporating instructional design principles.
- Utilize tools like Workday LMS and SharePoint to manage curricula.
- Measure training effectiveness and impact on learner proficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years in Learning & Development
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and related tools
- Skilled with learning authoring and documentation tools (e.g., Enable Now, Articulate 360)
- Strong communication and project management skills
