Job Summary

KBR is seeking a highly qualified Electronics Packaging Engineer. The ideal candidate will have expertise in design, fabrication, and assembly of electronics packaging solutions for power dense microelectronics. The candidate will work with CAD tools, CNC equipment, and chemical processes including solvents, acids, and electrochemistry. Experience with hands on lab work and basic research design of experiments is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, fabrication, and assembly of electronics packaging solutions for power dense microelectronics
• Work with CAD tools, CNC equipment, and chemical processes including solvents, acids, and electrochemistry
• Hands on lab work
• Basic research design of experiments

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2-4 years' experience in sciences or engineering disciplines
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cleanroom processing is highly desired
• Experience with hands-on lab work and basic research design of experiments
• Effective organizational, interpersonal, and communications skills
