  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As a Report Developer, you will be mainly focused on supporting, developing and enhancing GEN II reporting platforms, which includes reporting from Fund administration platforms, TMS system, and in-house applications.

The successful candidates will demonstrate eagerness to learn and have a flexible approach to their work.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide technical reporting support to all Gen II Group branches (onsite and remote).
  • Work with colleagues to identify reporting problems and advise on possible solution(s).
  • Act as a liaison between the Gen II IT Group and partners (resellers, integrators, 3rd application vendors).
  • Escalate highly technical issues to the appropriate engineers or Partners.
  • Create data queries and reports using QlikView, QlikSense, Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio, SSIS, and Excel.
  • Create custom queries/reports designed for quality verification and information sharing.
  • Round the clock monitoring of Jobs that are running in production and taking necessary action when there are issues.
  • Implementation of Production Changes during the scheduled days and providing post-production support.
  • Performance tuning of reports & dashboards.
  • Handling of adhoc reporting and feed requests from production and ensuring to provide monthly and quarterly feeds to finance and Internal audit teams.
  • Checking on any long running production jobs and doing any performance tuning activities to ensure jobs are moving faster.
  • Gathering source system maintenance/downtimes during weekends and informing to business about metrics impact.
  • Ensuring on-time delivery of metrics, outbound feeds, etc.
  • International travel can be required few times per year.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS)

Must have:

  • Master/Engineering degree in computer science, IT
  • 4-6 years of experience
  • Experience/Knowledge of programming in SQL.
  • Knowledge of Qlik reporting platform (QlikView and/or QlikSense)
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Ability to manipulate large sets of data.
  • Fast learning and ability to adapt quickly to a new environment.
  • Ability to prioritize, think independently, and handle multi-tasks.
  • High analytical ability and thinking out of the box.
  • Strong attention to details
  • Fluent in English
  • Ensure the security of the information systems, communication lines and equipment.
  • Report breaches and problems to management.
  • Follow all internal trainings for security and compliance.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of FrontScript and/or FrontExcel.
  • Knowledge of Private equity/Real estate or corporate finance.
