Summary:

Under general supervision, the person in this position is responsible for: Developing and implementing product strategy and plans, taking into account the product life cycle stage and the customer experience. Aligning product, go to market and sales strategy & tactics. Responsible for managing, developing and implementing marketing, sales and other activities, as needed, to achieve the necessary business outcomes. Evaluating market, economic and competitive factors affecting product performance and perform fact based data analysis and interpretation to identify critical business insights. Prioritizing new features, orchestrates and executes product development across multifunctional team.

Additional Summary:

In this role you will lead the optimization of ShopRunner web applications. You will align roadmap to focus on adopting platform capabilities and deliver new features that deliver convenience, confidence, and control to shoppers. You have a strong understanding of the digital shopping space, customer centric mindset, and technical aspects of product management. Candidates for this role are experts in stakeholder management and have a history of strong working relationships with marketing and analytics teams.

Job Description / Responsibilities:
  • Own product roadmap and value delivery for web experience
  • Manage prioritization amongst user experience, technology, and marketing opportunities
  • Lead agile scrum ceremonies for teams of engineers, designers, and project management
  • Drive execution and ensure team delivers the desired business outcomes effectively
  • Identify, define and track metrics to measure the success of launched features and create a feedback loop integrating qualitative and quantitative data for assessment of future opportunities to drive continuous improvement
  • Define testing strategies in partnership with analytics counterparts to ensure development of functionality that drives value for our customers
  • Communicate plans and progress to key internal partners, soliciting and incorporating feedback
  • Experience with optimizing website speed, mobile-friendliness, and overall user experience
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO principles, including crawlability, indexation, and site architecture
Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalency in Product Marketing, Economics, Business, or related field.

Minimum Experience

Two (2) years work experience in functions focused on product management, market analysis or research. Knowledge of competitive, market and economic factors affecting product performance and ability to perform fact based data analysis. Solid communication and presentation skills, quantitative, problem structuring & solving skills. Solid executive presence and human relations skills. Project management experience.

Domicile Information:

This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.

Preferred Qualifications:

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: Annual Range- $80,720 to $121,080
