  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and support traditional Cisco and Meraki based security environments including Cisco Firepower Threat Defense appliances, Meraki MX security appliances, Cisco Defense Orchestrator, Umbrella, and XDR.
  • 5 years experience troubleshooting network security related issues.
  • 5 years experience implementing, designing, and supporting Cisco AnyConnect (Secure Client) and Site to Site VPN.
  • Produce artifacts as necessary, tailored to the client's needs, including Visio diagrams, requirements documentation, reports, etc.

Requirements

  • Candidate must have an understanding and interest in the SMB environment dynamics.
  • Have a current CCNP certification.
  • Exceptional customer focus and strong professional acumen;
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments;
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and creative-thinking skills.

Previous experience working for a Managed IT Services firm that is a plus.

Previous experience working with ConnectWise is a plus.
