Job Description
The program manager will oversee administrative support, executive correspondence analysis support, and paralegal support requirements, including contractor staffing and personnel supervision. Also, ensure that deliverables are submitted accurately and timely as outlined in the SOW administrative and executive correspondence management support services to the Cybersecurity Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Front Office and the Mission Enabling Offices (MECOs) and Divisions.).
Qualifications
Must be able to obtain and maintain an active security clearance
Minimum 7 years experience:
- An active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP ) or PMI Program Management Professional (PMP ) Certification at the time of proposal submission.
- Demonstrated experience with management, manpower utilization, and supervision of employees (including subcontractors) in various labor categories, as well as skills in projects similar to the statement of work requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in a quality assurance environment for requirements like those in this statement of work.
- Demonstrated experience in government acquisitions and contracts.
- Demonstrated experience in SharePoint.
- Demonstrated experience in the development of training techniques.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, including experience in presenting material to senior Government officials.
Minimum of 3 years experience:
- Developing schedules and formulating work plans;
- Creating long and short-term plans and milestones;
- Performing project quality control;
- Managing teams of 20+ personnel; supporting CISA and knowledge of various mission areas of CISA divisions and mission-enabling offices (MEO).
Preferred Qualifications:
Ten (10) years of project management experience with the federal government, preferably with CISA or the Department of Defense
Active Top Secret Clearance
