As a senior software developer on the Product Service Management team, your primary focus will be to support and maintain our core rating systems. You'll facilitate meetings and collaborate with cross functional team members, interpret requirements, and write and modify code to enhance business functionality and rating logic. You'll leverage your problem analysis and troubleshooting skills to identify root cause and corrective actions to resolve tickets regarding application issues. In addition, you'll provide technical support and guidance to assist users of the applications. You'll also be expected to unit test and review designs and code in support of other members of the team. Participation in the on-call rotation required.

This is a remote position for US based work only.

Must-have qualification s
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum four years of related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications.
  • Instead of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher, the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of four years related work experience.
  • Instead of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and a minimum of six years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications.

Preferred skills
  • C#, .NET, Visual Studio, XML, SQL Server development and debugging skills
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, unit testing, and test automation
  • Advanced analytical, technical troubleshooting, diagnosing and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with application support and maintenance

Compensation
  • $105,000-$130,000/year depending on experience
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
