Job Overview:
- Aid employees and customers through phone, email, or chat platforms.
- Assess inquiries and determine the most effective solution or next step.
- Investigate and resolve issues, ensuring timely follow-up with a resolution or action plan.
- Work closely with other departments to address both technical and non-technical challenges.
- Maintain detailed records and communicate clearly with relevant parties.
- Demonstrate strong written, verbal, and analytical skills.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working with various technologies.
- Perform well in a high-energy, fast-moving environment with strict deadlines.
