The IT Business Analyst has been assessed in Band L of the wage schedule, the range in Band L is $75,094.11-$113,106.54. NHRS is planning hire in the middle of that range.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team in the Finance and Insurance industry. As an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, create process maps, and perform user acceptance testing to ensure successful implementation of solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
  • Experience with Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Dynamics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with process mapping and work management
  • Experience with data mapping and Microsoft Dynamics
  • Certification in Business Analysis or related field

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and requirements
  • Analyze and document business processes and workflows
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Perform user acceptance testing to ensure successful implementation of solutions
  • Provide training and support to end-users

Skills:

As an IT Business Analyst, you will utilize your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. You will also utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and provide training and support to end-users. Experience with Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Dynamics is required, and experience with process mapping, work management, and data mapping is preferred.
