LAM Technology is looking for hands on Data and Business Intelligence Lead, who can drive the technical vision and development of our products using Power BI, Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and MS SQL Server

This individual also needs to be exceptionally organized, methodical, and have the necessary experience to take our products to the next level in accuracy and security.

We’ll trust you to:

  • Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for financial technology initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs.
  • Design, develop, and maintain financial reports and dashboards using Power BI.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of data models using SSAS.
  • Design and develop data (ETL) processes and data integration workflows using SSIS and SQL/Stored Procedures
  • Work closely with finance, IT, and other cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on financial reporting tools and systems.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

You’ll need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, SSAS, SSIS, SSRS, and MS SQL Server
  • Experience with database technologies such as MS SQL Server and Snowflake
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of technical professionals.
  • Experience with project management and agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer) are advantageous

We expect the base salary range for this role to be approximately 160,000 - 210,000 USD. Various factors contribute to determining the actual base compensation offered, including but not limited to the applicant’s years of relevant experience, career tenure, qualifications, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, relevant skills for the role. Base salary is one component of Lazard Asset Management’s compensation package, which also includes comprehensive benefits and may include incentive compensation.
