About The Role
The Director of Revenue Cycle Services is responsible for overseeing and managing the revenue cycle operations and services provided by revology. You will be responsible for leading a team and ensuring efficient and effective execution of revenue cycle processes.

Must be able to perform physical activities, such as, but not limited to: moving or handling (lifting, pushing, pulling and reaching overhead) office equipment and supplies weighing 1 to 25 lbs. unassisted. Frequently required to sit for extended periods during the workday. Manual dexterity and visual acuity required. Must be able to communicate effectively on the telephone and in person.

About The Role
The Director of Revenue Cycle Services is responsible for overseeing and managing the revenue cycle operations and services provided by revology. You will be responsible for leading a team and ensuring efficient and effective execution of revenue cycle processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of revenue cycle professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
- Develop and implement a strategic vision for revenue cycle management services, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional customer service. Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for revenue cycle improvement and drive client satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices, regulatory compliance, and contractual obligations. Monitor and analyze revenue cycle metrics and performance indicators, implementing strategies to optimize revenue capture and minimize denials or delays.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, billing guidelines, and industry standards (such as HIPAA and HITECH). Implement appropriate controls and monitoring mechanisms to mitigate revenue cycle risks and maintain data privacy and security.
- Provides input and feedback on revology products and solutions through early adoption of use to enhance the end user experience.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of healthcare consulting/management experience or leadership experience
- Must have an ability to motivate and lead a team to perform at a high level; previous people leadership experience required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An aptitude for problem-solving, patience and flexibility while working in the complex industry of healthcare revenue cycle.
- Ability to comfortably navigate and lead a team in a technology-focused environment.
