Work you'll do

Seeking a highly motivated Human Capital professional to serve as the Functional Requirements Lead for a ServiceNow delivery project that supports a intel community client. Qualified hires will provide support to the ServiceNow team needs of a VA based agency. An Active TS/SCI with poly and the ability to work on-site 5 days is a prerequisite for consideration.

Looking for experience in Business Process Requirements Gathering, Business Requirements, experience in agile environments, and understanding of how to provide project management principles and skills.

Qualifications

Required:

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required with an active polygraph aligned with the end client.
• 5+ years of experience supporting federal agency clients
• 1+ years of experience
  in management consulting environments
• 1+ years of experience in business process management and improvement
• 1+ years of experience in requirements gathering
• Ability to be on site 100% of the time in Chantilly, VA.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Bachelor's Degree in an applicable field

Preferred:

• Masters degree in an applicable field
• PMP certifications and/or SNOW platform management experience
