We are looking for an experienced Lead Actimize Developer to join our team in a remote, contract-to-hire role. As a Lead Developer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing Actimize solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to meet critical business needs, and mentoring junior developers within the team. You will leverage your expertise in Actimize IFM-x 10.1, Actimize ActOne 6.5/6.6, and Oracle 19c to drive the development and implementation of anti-financial crime and compliance solutions in alignment with business requirements.

This role requires a strong foundation in database management, application development, and infrastructure support. Youll work with Linux RHEL 8.X and SQL to create efficient, scalable solutions while ensuring data integrity and security across our platform. Youll also bring your experience with Agile methodologies to guide the development process, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and foster an agile mindset across the team. As part of your leadership, youll provide mentorship and technical guidance, helping junior developers grow and enhance their skills within the Actimize ecosystem.

In addition to core Actimize and Oracle responsibilities, youll work with Apache 8, 9.x and Java as part of the extended tech stack to enhance application performance, scalability, and robustness. Your ability to implement Apache and Java flexibly as needed will support the overall architecture and performance of our Actimize solutions. Your role will involve frequent collaboration with architects, analysts, and other developers to ensure alignment on project goals, quality standards, and development best practices.
