We are targeting a Quality Control and Assurance Analyst to work in our Fairfax, VA office (hybrid).

Description

  • Take2 is seeking talented professionals who love a challenge to join us in building the next-generation Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) Cyber data solution. The CDM Program is the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency s (CISA) dynamic approach to strengthening the cybersecurity of Federal networks and systems through better awareness and visibility into their security posture and cyber threats.
  • Our team and partners are responsible for designing, building, deploying, operating, and maintaining a complete Data Services solution which includes the collection, normalization, visualization, and sharing of cyber data from more than 100 Federal agencies.
  • The CDM Data Services product is a cloud-hosted solution comprised of multiple Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) products, software configuration packages, and custom code which work together to operate as an integrated solution tailored to meet Department of Homeland Security (DHS) requirements.

  • The Quality Control and Assurance Specialist - Journeyman supports all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable contract and corporate requirements. Works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to the Quality Management Plan. Reviews deliverables and work products, captures metrics, and ensures conformity with quality standards. Supports inspection efforts to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills

  • United States Citizenship with ability to obtain Public Trust Suitability
  • Two to four years of experience supporting quality control processes
  • Experience with IT security compliance to meet ISO 2700 standards
  • Cyber Risk Analysis and IT auditing
  • Experience working in agile environment, process quality assurance is what they focus on, know agile development lingo and workflows (but doesn't have to be super technical themselves), know how to track a sprint, participate in tracking issues in Jira, knowing CMMC standards
  • Needs to know how to track/understand the quality of information and process being followed - need to understand CMMC certification and ISO 20000:2018 standards
  • Experience documenting and tracking metrics to ensure compliance with Service-Level Agreements (SLA) and Award Fee criteria\
  • Proficiency with business productivity applications such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and tailor messaging for different audience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a tea
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt well to change, and meet tight deadlines

Desired Skills

  • CMMC
  • Experience with DHS Programs and the DHS Systems Engineering Lifecycle
  • Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodologies
  • Experience tracking deliverables in an Agile environment
  • Experience with Agile Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools (for example JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.)
  • Knowledge of cyber frameworks, tools, and technologies
  • Experience supporting federal clients such as CISA or the Department of Homeland Security
