The System Administration Director oversees the organization's Microsoft 365, infrastructure, and cloud-based solutions, driving strategic alignment with business goals. This role involves leading a team of system administrators, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring optimal performance and security. The Director will develop and execute cloud migration strategies, enforce compliance and security policies, and manage the IT budget. Collaboration with executive leadership and vendors is essential to negotiate contracts and enhance service delivery. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree, 8-10 years of IT experience, leadership skills, and certifications in relevant technologies, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
