Software Analyst
Studies the software application domain, prepares software requirements, and specification documents. Liaises between the software users and the software developers. Conveys the demands of software users to the developers. Skills include: working knowledge of software technology; computer programming experience/expertise; general business knowledge; problem solving/reduction skills; interpersonal relation skills; flexibility and adaptability.
Expert 84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

1. 84 months of experience as a Software Analyst working on software enhancements or new development project(s) gathering and prioritizing business requirements with users and documenting business requirements.
2. 84 months of experience with analysis and documentation of complex business rules, workflow processes, and re-engineering business processes.
3. 84 months of experience leading meetings and facilitating requirements sessions with business/program subject matter experts including functional requirements, non-functional requirements, and security requirements.
4. 84 months of business analysis experience with all phases of application development including requirements analysis, design and development, data conversion scenarios, testing, and maintenance of systems with more than 10 use cases and reports.
5. 84 months of experience with creating and developing documentation: business requirements, business and system process flows, swim lane diagrams, use cases, user interface mockups, user documentation, and technical specifications.
6. 66 months of experience with Visio, Balsamiq, Blueprint and/or other BA tools for creating and maintaining process flows and wireframes.
7. 66 months of experience performing QA related testing tasks, such as full system testing per business requirements.
8. Bachelor's Degree or higher major in Computer Science.
