The Claims Administrator plays a crucial role in the efficient processing and management of insurance claims. This position involves reviewing, analyzing, and processing claims to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Claims Administrator will coordinate with clients, insurance agents, and internal teams to gather necessary documentation and information, facilitate timely resolutions, and maintain accurate records.

How You Will Contribute

  • Process claims payments
  • Run reports monthly as needed.
  • Act as the point of contact among managers, teammates, and other external partners.
  • Distribute incoming faxes
  • Answer incoming phone calls on assigned programs
  • Accurately enter claim information in electronic databases
  • Effectively communicate and understand program coverages
  • Adjudicate claims based on coverage limits
  • Make outbound calls to ensure consumer needs are met
  • Work directly with shops to help consumer receive their warranty benefits and schedule services as needed
  • Process open claims reports to reduce omissions and errors
  • The successful candidate will have a bias toward action. She/he will understand that the goal is progress in some areas, but perfection when it comes to reports and presentations. She/he will be critical in thought to understand when an idea is not working and pivot.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Office365 applications
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision

Pay Range

15.00 - 20.00 Hourly

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
