Chief of Staff

As of October 25th, a leading law firm is seeking a Chief of Staff for their Business Development team to drive department functions. This role can sit in any of the firm’s US offices and will be responsible for:

• Acting as liaison between the Managing Partner and the business development team and key BD players.
• Streamline processes for optimal productivity.
• Project manage initiatives, lead regular team meetings, and curate a collaborative team culture.
• Utilize AI, technology and reporting to optimize team functions.
• Leading day-to-day team functions for practices and pitch teams.
• Oversee team and contribute to team’s growth and professional development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience related experience in a law firm. JD/MBA preferred.
• Outstanding project management skills.
• Experience executing business development plans and pitches.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
