  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Senior Underwriting Analyst, CRE (FHA/HUD/MAP)

Our client is a well-established full services multifamily CRE group that spans the US. They are currently seeking an experienced FHA/HUD Multifamily Loan Underwriter to join their team, fully remote for the right fit.

  • Ideally seeking 5+ years of experience working within FHA/HUD multifamily underwriting
  • LEAN and/or MAP certification are a major plus
  • They're ideally looking for someone who is getting closer to their MAP Underwriting status

Some responsibilities include:

  • Analyze, interpret, and underwrite multifamily real estate transactions in compliance with respective agency guidelines (FHA)
  • Manage entire underwriting process to ensure all FHA/HUD loans are underwritten properly and appropriate commitments are issued in a timely manner
  • Problem solve and exercise independent judgement while effectively identifying and mitigating transactional risks
  • Display a high degree of initiative and accuracy
  • Organize and prioritize projects; complete multiple tasks on schedule
  • Conduct detailed economic and demographic research to determine feasibility of transactions
