  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Senior Solution Architect (AI/ML)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solution Architect with a focus on building AI/ML-based solutions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing and implementing AI-driven solutions across our omnichannel platforms to eliminate/reduce human interaction. This role requires a conceptual understanding of AI technologies, with the goal of personalizing user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Led the design of AI-based solutions for personalized customer experiences across omnichannel platforms (web, mobile, chatbots, voice, etc).

Ensure alignment of AI solutions with enterprise architecture and industry best practices, including compliance with healthcare regulations.

Prepare conceptual Design / Arch systems that leverage machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and GenAI to enhance customer interactions, including virtual assistants and recommendation engines.

Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and healthcare technologies by reviewing whitepapers, research papers, and industry reports.

Evaluate new AI technologies and trends, proposing innovations that align with business needs and competitive market demands.

Engage with business stakeholders, including product owners and department heads, to translate business requirements into AI-enabled solutions.

Participate in JAD sessions with products and help them realize the art of possibly using AI technologies.

Present AI strategies and architectures to stakeholders, demonstrating the value and impact on business outcomes.

Partner with data scientists, software engineers, and UX teams to architect end-to-end AI systems.

Develop and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation, including AI model lifecycles, data flow diagrams, and integration plans.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in solution architecture with a focus on AI and machine learning.

Understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and predictive analytics.

Understanding of AI limitations including Governance, Bias, etc.

Experience in reviewing and analyzing technical whitepapers and research papers to inform AI strategy.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
